My personal Herballove supplements review

Hello again guys,

Today I'm going to do Moodmax, ViaGrowth, 5-HTP, ArgiNoX and Dopafibra supplements review. As you already know, it took me 3 years to recover from over masturbation. It took so long because at that time I really didn't know how to do it, so I was trying everything I found online. I tried many supplements for sexual exhaustion and of course I tried one of the most famous Lin institute supplements from sexual exhaustion for 5 months till finally I stopped taking it. At that time, I thought it is a recovery process, and it should be this way till I finally stopped taking it and was living without out it using other techniques to recover. I felt so out of balance taking those supplements, so I wouldn't recommend it, unless you want to waist your money and time. But it is just my experience, and it is not my business what you do with your money and health.

How to stop watching porn

This time I'll be writing about how to stop watching porn, to be more accurate how I stopped watching porn.
It is really not easy to do that, because mating is wired in our oldest part of the brain. Once you started watching porn it is going to be harder and harder to quit, more you watch more you want. It can become very very addictive, because your brain identifies hot babes in porn movies as a somebody who you can make your children with and also as a somebody who can give you a lot of pleasure. This is why we crave porn so bad. It has a lot of negatives affects on your brain and body as I wrote before. So there is no other option just to quit it ! Here is the steps you need to make to quit porn:
  1. First, remove all of your porn collection and bookmarks from your computer. I know it is hard, but you have to do it. Don’t try to think about it too much, just go to that folder, press SHIFT and DELETE at the same time. You are choosing life without porn, right? So you’re not going to need it anymore.
  2. Install a porn blocker. It is a must tool to have if you want to say “goodbye” to porn and masturbation. The best pornblocker for me is this one. This way you will not see pop-ups with hot babes so you will not crave for it, and it will block your doors to the porn sites.
  3. Change your environment. If your computer and  desk are in your bedroom, move them into the kitchen or living room. Change the environment where you used to watch porn and masturbate so that it will be easier not to relapse. And do it now. Use your willpower!
  4. Spend less time in front of your computer. Do something else and change the way you spend your free time. There is much more to do in this world than masturbate.

The best way to stay away from masturbation and porn is to be always busy, because this way you will have no time to think about porn and masturbation. If porn and masturbation cross your mind, you must respond with thoughts such as, “What can I do that’s productive today?” Then start doing those things -- such as cleaning your room, washing the dishes, doing 20 pushups, and so on.

What happens if I masturbate too much?

Excessive masturbation can stimulate acetylcholine/parasympathetic nervous functions. This immoderate amount of stimulation can result in an over-production of sex hormones and neurotransmitters like acetylcholine, dopamine and serotonin, causing a considerable change in body chemistry.

The side effects of these changes in body chemistry can manifest themselves as:

  • Fatigue

How much masturbation is too much?

One common trait I've noticed in all the readers' questions I've received is that men are most concerned about their manhood. I have also been asked this time and time again: "I like to masturbate very frequently — is this unhealthy?"

So, in response to the latter question, I will deviate from my usual question-and-answer format this week to address your concerns on the pressing and often-overlooked topic of over-masturbation.

I know the term may be confusing for you since you're so used to being reassured that masturbation is a "normal, healthy part of life," but, as with all good things, there is such a thing as too much. Also, I don't want to present myself as anti-masturbation, because that is far from the truth. So, let's establish that over-masturbation is the term used to refer tooxtreme or excessive masturbation, nearing the level of compulsion.

I'm not talking about men who go at it a few times a week; I'm addressing the men who admittedly pleasure themselves numerous times a day, every day.

Masturbation is as healthy and normal as you've been led to believe, but as with other behaviors, when over-practiced or done in an excessive, compulsive manner, it can lead to both psychological and physiological imbalances in your body.

It has been recommended that men try to keep their ejaculation frequency down to just a few times per week; however, those with healthy sex lives who engage in intercourse (and thus ejaculate) on almost a daily basis might argue this advice to be preposterous. Nevertheless, I'm just citing the studies and they agree with my experience.
